Rehearsal Space for performers
Wednesday 10.30am – 12.30pm – Morton Community Centre.
Free practice sessions for anyone who is out of work, under the guidance of expert tutors. Offering stilt walking, unicycling,juggling and a wide range of other circus skills. Beginners welcome, no experience required.
Samba Training (over 18years)
Every Tuesday from 6.00pm – 8.00pm in Morton Community Centre – learn samba and have the chance to join our Stiltwalking Samba Band. Beginners welcome at any time, no experience required.
Evergreen Programme (Adults with learning disabilities or mental health problems)
Thursdays through February and March 6.00pm – 8.00pm running in Morton Community Centre. Workshops are free, places can be booked by contacting the office.

Whitehead Age-ility (over 55’s) Group meet every Tuesday from 10.30am to 12.00 in St Patrick’s Church Hall, Whitehead. New members are welcome to drop in. For further contact details contact the office.
In addition to these public workshops we are running programmes in adult centres throughout the Northern Trust in partnership with Public Health Agency in: George Sloan Centre Ballymena, and Antrim Adult Centre. We are also running outreach workshops with Camphill Community, Glencraig and Suffolk Day Centre.
Additional Outreach Programmes
Colin Glen Men's Shed are currently participating in our Older People Programme with a ten week programme leading up to an intergenerational event in March as part of West Belfast’s St Patrick’s Celebrations.
Hemsworth Court in West Belfast are now participating in our Age-ility Programme in partnership with Alzheimer’s Society making the workshops accessible to people living with dementia.
